2020 Waterborne Resin
- For preparing water-based inks and water-based latex paints: Add into water-based color paste and disperse evenly. Mix 1 part of color paste with 0.5-2 parts of 2020 resin. It is used to enhance the adhesion between color paste and substrate, make the coating film denser, and improve scratch resistance, water resistance and media resistance.
- As substrate primer to enhance coating adhesion, applicable for VMPET, high barrier films, etc.
- As intermediate (binder) for transfer coatings.
- As thinner for water-based inks during printing to reduce color concentration.
