Production Process and Raw Materials
The production process of alumina silicate needled blanket includes the following main steps:

Raw Material Processing: Using raw materials such as hard clay clinker, calcined alumina, and alumina silica powder, it undergoes high-temperature melting treatment.

Fiber Preparation: Fiber cotton is produced through a blown and spun process.

Forming: The fiber cotton undergoes needle punching, heat setting, longitudinal and transverse cutting, and rolling processes to finally form the finished product.
