Automatic Powder Feeding Process
一、powder Material loading and Storage
1、Switch on air compressor and pulse dust collector, and feed powder into pressure delivery tank manually.
Open related valves, press powder into powder silo (There is liquid meter in powder silo, computer will display real-time level, and has
2、sound and light alarm at upper and lower limit.), meanwhile switch on roof scrubber. While reaching upper limit, feeding valve will autoclose.
二、powder Weighing
1、Switch on screw conveyer, and convey the preset powder to weighing tank for weighing.
2、Computer controls weighing tank, and when weight reaching recipe amount, screw conveyer will auto off and stop feeding.
三、Vacuum powder Suction
Open pneumatic discharging valve of weighing tank and feeding valve of production tank, meanwhile open vacuum valve, and then weighed powder will be sucked into tank from tank bottom by vacuum.
