Automatic Additive Feeding Process
Additive loading
1. Additive storage tank equips with liquid meter, and connects with computer. When material level is under lower limit, sound and lightalarm, indicating material supplement.
2. Open 2# vacuum pneumatic valve to supply vacuum, open 1# hand valve, suck additives into A1X tank for storage.
3. When material level is above upper limit, sound and light alarm, vacuum pneumatic valve will auto close, manually close hand valve.
Additive Weighing
Compressing additive storage tank, and open feeding valve of weighing tank. Weight within weighing tank is controlled by computer, when reaching set weight,pneumatic feeding valve will auto close.
Additive Feeding
Additives are sucked into production tank through vacuum.
