Usage Instructions:
It is recommended to use spray application for better results.
Before use, thoroughly stir the water-based paint in the container, mix it uniformly with the water-based curing agent in the required ratio, filter it through a 200-mesh filter cloth, and adjust the construction viscosity with clear water if necessary. Note that the water addition ratio should not exceed 5%.
Avoid construction in low temperature and high humidity. The construction temperature should be between 10-35°C, and the humidity should be less than 75%.
Construction is prohibited if the substrate moisture content is greater than 14%.
The interval between each coat of paint should be at least 4 hours. When the temperature is below 15°C, the interval time should be extended. Wet-on-wet construction is prohibited, and sanding should be done until there are no highlights.
Thick coating in one go is strictly prohibited, as it may cause the paint film to become soft, hazy, whitish, or develop pinholes and bubbles.
The prepared paint should be used within 3.5 hours.
The curing agent will react and gel when exposed to water and moisture, so it should be used up once opened. If not used up, confirm that it is sealed and stored in a cool place. The theoretical paint consumption is 5-10 m²/L. Due to differences in the roughness of the actual construction surface and dilution ratio, the paint consumption may vary. It is strictly prohibited to use with products not from this company and to mix in other substances.
Tool cleaning: After construction is completed, all tools and utensils should be immediately rinsed with clear water and dried to prevent solidification. Remaining paint should be sealed and stored. If skinning occurs and affects use, it can be filtered through a 100-mesh filter cloth before use.
