1. High-Temperature Resistant Tissue Film Water-Based Gravure Ink

This advanced ink is engineered specifically for flexible, thin tissue films used in applications like release liners, medical packaging, or tape backings. The primary challenge is that these films, often made of polyolefins, require heat-sealing or sterilization. Therefore, the ink must exhibit exceptional thermal stability to withstand high processing temperatures (typically 120-180°C) without discoloring, emitting odors, or losing adhesion. It overcomes the inherent water-resistance of these plastics through tailored polymers and adhesion promoters. The formulation provides a balanced performance: good wetting and lay-flat on fast-printing flexographic or gravure presses, high print fidelity, and sufficient rub/scratch resistance for converting and end-use.
