★ Performance & Uses:
This product forms a paint film that is resistant to water vapor penetration and atmospheric corrosion, providing an effective barrier. It can be used as a compatible intermediate coat in heavy-duty corrosion protection systems, and can also serve as a primer. It is suitable for coating steel equipment, pipelines, and steel structures, and can also be used as an undercoat on cement substrates.
★ Main Components:
Formulated from epoxy resins, micaecous iron oxide, aluminium paste/powder, additives, and a curing agent. Supplied in two components (Component A, Component B).
★ Application Precautions:

Steel surfaces must be prepared to Sa 2.5 or Sa 3 grade via methods such as blast cleaning or shot blasting.

Curing slows down between 5°C and 15°C; the reaction stops below 5°C. Do not apply during rain, snow, or when ambient humidity is excessively high.

Store in a cool, dry place. The shelf life is one year (can still be used after this period if inspection requalification is passed).
