★ Performance & Uses:
This product offers excellent anti-corrosion performance, providing cathodic protection, and features fast drying and oil resistance. It is compatible with most anti-corrosion primers and topcoats. When the dry film thickness is controlled around 20μm, it does not affect weldability. It serves as a shop primer for shipbuilding steel plates and underwater metal components after blast cleaning, and is used for long-term anti-corrosion priming on bridges, chemical anti-corrosion equipment, and steel structures.

★ Application Precautions:

Surfaces must be free of oil, water vapor, and other contaminants. Steel must be blast-cleaned or shot-blasted to remove rust scale and mill scale, achieving Sa 2.5 or St 3 standard before application.

Store in a cool, dry environment. The shelf life is one year (can still be used after this period if inspection requalification is passed).

The product cures poorly below -5°C; the optimal curing temperature is above 0°C.
