Product Features
It has clear orange peel texture, strong three-dimensionality, good decorative performance, fast drying, strong adhesion, good hardness, good mechanical properties, and excellent weather resistance.

Product Use
It is mainly suitable for protective and decorative coating of various mechanical equipment, CNC machine tools, display cabinets, etc. It can mask various roughness defects on metal surfaces and achieve an artistic decorative effect.

Construction Method
Recommended number of coating layers: Two coats. For the first coat, adjust the viscosity slightly thinner to ensure it covers the base. After 15~30 minutes, spray the second coat. At this time, the construction paint viscosity should be slightly higher than the first coat, using techniques such as continuous spraying, intermittent spraying, and dot spraying to ensure uniform protrusions. Dry film thickness: 65±5μm.

Construction Method
* Before use, thoroughly stir the paint until a uniform hammer texture appears on the surface. The substrate must be cleaned properly, and(matching rust-proof primer) should be applied.
* Adjust the construction viscosity with the (matching solvent). Air spraying is mainly used, with spray gun pressure at 3-4kg/cm² during construction.
* The spray distance should be approximately 25cm, and the spray gun movement speed should be slightly slow and uniform.
* It is recommended to perform sample spraying before formal construction to adjust the consistency of the patterns.
* Different environmental and construction conditions will result in different hammer texture effects.
