Recommended Usage:
During the grinding stage: AMp-95 is used as a co-dispersant. The optimal method is to replace30% of the dispersant solids in the existing system. Typically, the dosage of AMP-95 is0.05~0.1% of the total formula weight.
During the paint adjustment stage: In a typical formulation, to achieve optimal pH stability, idealneutralization of thickeners, and eliminate in-can corrosion, the reguired amount of AMP-95 is0.1~0,3% of the total formula weight. An additional 0.1%~0.2% (of the total formula weight) ofAMP-95 is needed to control flash rust.
