3Acrylic Polyurethane Topcoat

Made from hydroxy acrylic resin plus anti-acid/alkali materials. Single-component; metallic paint can be applied directly. Component B is the curing agent.

Good gloss, hard film, good adhesion, full and bright appearance, relatively good wear, acid, water, oil, and heat resistance.

Used for light industrial products, transportation vehicles, cement, and FRP surfaces. Suitable for various environmental steel structure coatings, bridges, paper mills, power plants, outdoor distribution boxes, etc. Can be used for plastic surface decoration.

 

4Acrylic Polyurethane Metallic Paint

Hard film, good adhesion, wear, water, and oil resistance.

5、Aliphatic Acrylic Paint

Two-component paint that enhances curing, using highly weatherable hydroxy acrylic resin or imino acrylic resin instead of conventional resin to protect against oil and oxide degradation, preventing oil oxidation.

Excellent decorative film effect, full film, strong wear resistance, high hardness and abrasion resistance, outstanding acid resistance. Water, oil, and chemical solvent resistance are significantly better than ordinary acrylic polyurethane paints.

Suitable for high-demand metal and plastic surfaces, also for cement walls with a sealed primer. Widely used in offshore facilities, chemical and petrochemical plants, bridges, power plants, etc.

7、High-Chlorinated Polyethylene Paint

Single-component paint consisting of alkyd resin, amino resin (colored additives), and organic solvents, forming a colorless bituminous and transparent coating.

Glossy and wear-resistant film, full film, good color retention, good wear resistance, water and oil resistance, can be baked at 20–140°C.

Suitable for decoration of light industrial products, instruments, electromechanical metal products, etc. Generally used for high-temperature and high-pressure construction projects.

8、Acrylic Baking Topcoat

Two-component paint made from sodium hydroxide and ethylene rubber, pigments, modified resins, and various resins processed with resin.

The film has excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and salt spray, good atmospheric corrosion resistance, and good elasticity and corrosion resistance.

Mainly used for chemical equipment, pipelines, automotive corrosion protection, building components, and industrial atmospheric corrosion environments.

9、Acrylic Quick-Drying Topcoat

Ambient temperature air-drying single-component acrylic resin; metallic paint usually requires a thinner to ensure film performance.

Easy to use, relatively fast drying, good weather resistance, good wear resistance.

Suitable for iron parts, corrosion protection and decoration; widely used for light industrial equipment parts, also for cement exterior walls or cement floor decoration.
