STA300PRP series water-based preprinting inks

The STA300PRP series water-based preprinting inks are mainly used for printing on absorbent substrates. They are applied via the gravure printing process and can also be used in flexographic printing. When in use, they should be paired with water-based preprinting varnish. These inks are suitable for printing on paper packaging materials such as coated paper, white cardboard, and kraft paperboard.

Product Features：

 

● Low-VOC environmental-friendly product with low VOC emissions.

● Bright in color and fine in ink texture.

● The dot overprinting is sharp with excellent abrasion resistance.
● It has good high-temperature resistance (180℃～200℃) and will not fade during lamination.

Technical Parameters:

● Viscosity  ：10-25 Seconds (#3 Zahn Cup at 25℃) (Gravure Printing)

10-20 Seconds (#4 Zahn Cup at 25℃) (Flexographic Printing)

● PH Value  ：8.5～9.5

Usage and Cautions：

 

l Stir thoroughly before use to ensure uniform composition of the varnish.

l Adjust viscosity, PH value, drying speed, etc., by using the company’s matching additives according to printing process requirements.

After opening, the remaining ink should be promptly sealed tightly with the bucket lid to prevent skinning or dust contamination.

l Used varnish should be stored separately from unused varnish with clear labeling. It is recommended to filter through a 120-mesh screen before reuse.

l Storage temperature: 15-25℃. Keep containers tightly sealed and away from heat and direct sunlight.
