STA400BL series water-based inks
The STA400BL series water-based inks are mainly used for printing on non-absorbent absorbent substrates such as beer bottle labels and neck labels. They are applied via the gravure printing process and suitable for printing on various packaging materials including aluminized paper, aluminized film, aluminum foil, etc.
Product Features:
l Low VOCs, compliant, and non-toxic.
l Strong adhesion, suitable for surface printing.
l Excellent performance in water resistance, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, anti-blocking, etc.
l Superior printing adaptability, suitable for the printing requirements of water-based plates (plate depth 28~32μm), solvent-based plates (40~50μm) and machine speeds (50-200m/min).

l Machine Viscosity:10-18 seconds (#3 Zahn Cup at 25℃)
l PH Value:7.5-8.5
Usage and Cautions:
l Stir thoroughly before use to ensure uniform composition of the ink composition.
Adjust viscosity, PH value, drying speed, etc., by using the company’s matching
l additives according to printing process requirements.
l After opening, the remaining ink should be promptly sealed tightly with the bucket lid to prevent skinning or dust contamination.
Used varnish should be stored separately from unused varnish with clear labeling. It is recommended to filter through a 120-mesh screen before reuse.
l Storage temperature: 15-25℃. Keep containers tightly sealed and away from heat and direct sunlight.
