The SPF100CP series water-based inks
The SPF100CP series water-based inks are mainly used for printing on absorbent substrates such as paper. They are applied via the flexographic printing process and suitable for printing on various packaging materials including coated paper, coated art paper, and white cardboard.
Product Features:
● Low-VOC environmental-friendly product with low VOC emissions. Compliant with the VOC limit indicators specified in tobacco industry standards.
● Bright in color and fine in ink texture.
● Excellent water resistance and good abrasion resistance.
● Low viscosity, high color concentration and good fluidity.
● Stable performance and good printing adaptability.
Technical Parameters:
l Viscosity: 12–18 seconds (#4 Zahn cup at 25°C)
l PH Value: 8.5–9.5
Usage and Cautions:
l Stir thoroughly before use to ensure uniform composition of the varnish.
l Adjust viscosity, PH value, drying speed, etc., by using the company’s matching additives according to printing process requirements.
l After opening, the remaining ink should be promptly sealed tightly with the bucket lid to prevent skinning or dust contamination.
Used varnish should be stored separately from unused varnish with clear labeling.
l It is recommended to filter through a 120-mesh screen before reuse.
l Storage temperature: 15-25℃. Keep containers tightly sealed and away from heat and direct sunlight.
