UV absorber UV-9
UV absorber UV-9 effectively absorbs ultraviolet light in the wavelength range of 270–340 nm, while exhibiting minimal absorption of visible light. This makes it particularly suitable for use in light-colored and transparent products. It offers excellent stability against light and heat, with no decomposition up to 200°C.
This product can be used in paints and various plastic products. It is especially effective for materials such as PVC, polystyrene, polyurethane, acrylic resins, and light-colored transparent furniture coatings. It also serves as an excellent additive in cosmetics. The recommended dosage is 0.1–0.5%.
UV absorber UV-9 is non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, and demonstrates good storage stability. It is packaged in paperboard drums with inner plastic liners, with a net weight of 25 kg per drum. Customized packaging options are also available according to customer requirements.
