This product is a single-component self-drying rust preventive paint, meticulously formulated from specially prepared water-based alkyd resins, rust-inhibiting pigment fillers, various functional additives, and deionized water. It uses water as a thinner, is non-toxic, low in odor, pollution-free, non-flammable, non-explosive, and features stable and reliable performance, making it a green product.

It can be diluted with water, has low VOC content, is safe and environmentally friendly, has high solid content, offers good cost-performance ratio, dries quickly, is easy to apply, exhibits excellent adhesion, and provides superior protective performance of the paint film.

Suitable for rust prevention requirements of steel structures, metal components, road barriers, protective fences, ironware facilities, etc. It can replace traditional oil-based alkyd paints, red lead rust preventive paints, and other rust preventive coatings.

This product is a topcoat with aqueous alkyd resin as the main film-forming substance, featuring high gloss and good fullness of the paint film.

2Product Features

Suitable for spray, roller, and brush application. It dries quickly and has good hardness after drying. It also exhibits excellent adhesion and water resistance, capable of replacing alkyd magnetic paint in traditional paints.

3Product Use

Can be used alone to meet the decoration and waterproofing requirements of general metal materials. It is suitable for decorative topcoats with high gloss requirements. When used with aqueous alkyd primer, it can enhance rust resistance.
