Tap water is processed by reverse osmosis unit before production, when reaching production standard, it will be made into pure water storage tank.
cleaning Water
1. Some pure water required in the recipe can be used to clean liquid weighing tank and remains in the pipeline, in order to improve weighing precise.
2. Preset water amount, when cleaning, open water inlet valve and diaphragm pump, and pure water is made into weighing tank.
3. There is auto–rotate cleaning ball in the weighing tank, which connects with water inlet pipe, water will auto spray after entering and clean the remaining liquid.
4. Open corresponding feeding valve, discharging valve and vacuum valve, and suck remaining liquid into production tank through vacuum.
