All inter-island ferry services in Ningde, Fujian, have been suspended.

The super typhoon "Bavi" is gradually approaching the coastal areas of Fujian Province. As of 5:30 PM on July 9, 9 out of 25 passenger ferry routes in the province have been suspended, and 27 out of 46 coastal inter-island passenger ferry routes have been suspended, covering all inter-island ferry operations in Ningde.

The highway departments of Fujian Province have pre-deployed 3,152 emergency rescue personnel and 1,340 sets of rescue equipment, including 20 steel bridges, 2 emergency communication command vehicles, and 1 modular mechanical bridge. Specifically, 140 rescue teams with 1,356 personnel have been pre-deployed for key geological disaster risk road sections, and 106 teams with 1,059 personnel have been pre-deployed for road sections at risk of mountain flood submersion. Since July 8, a total of 1,656 personnel have been dispatched for patrols on ordinary national and provincial roads across the province, covering a total distance of 8,795.5 kilometers, ensuring early detection and handling of potential risks.

The maritime defense line has been tightened simultaneously, with 223 emergency rescue teams comprising 6,226 personnel and 372 rescue tugboats and vessels prepared. Coastal terminals have completed overnight windproof reinforcement of large equipment, and port area production operations have been orderly suspended.
