Chairman Tô Dũng of the Vietnam Institute for Green and Digital Transformation Development Visits IBI

On July 10, a delegation led by Tô Dũng, Chairman of the Vietnam Institute for Green and Digital Transformation Development, visited IBI. The delegation was received by Qian Xiaojun, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of IBI; Liu Zhai, Director and Senior Vice President of IBI; and other company executives. The two sides held in-depth discussions on green energy, digital transformation, and industrial internet platform development.

The delegation visited IBI’s Digital Economy Exhibition Hall, where they gained a detailed understanding of the operating models and business scope of IBI and its Duoduo platforms, as well as the technological applications and implementation practices of IBI Cloud.

The Vietnam Institute for Green and Digital Transformation Development, also known as the IGD Institute, is an important think tank under Xuan Kieu Holdings Group. The institute is committed to promoting the integrated development of Vietnam’s green and digital economies and plays a leading role in green energy technology research and development, digital transformation strategy research, and industrial policy consulting.

Xuan Kieu Holdings Group is a diversified and influential enterprise group in Vietnam, with operations spanning green energy, real estate, logistics, and warehousing. In recent years, the group has actively promoted industrial cooperation and technological exchanges between China and Vietnam.

Tô Dũng noted that Vietnam is at a critical stage of accelerated green transformation and digital economic development, with digitalization and green development clearly identified as two key drivers of the country’s future growth. The institute is committed to building bridges for international industrial cooperation and facilitating the application of advanced technologies and management expertise in Vietnam.

He stated that IBI has extensive experience in the industrial internet sector, with a mature platform operating model and substantial expertise in digital supply chains, which are highly aligned with Vietnam’s current development needs. He expressed the hope that the two sides would explore cooperation in the digitalization of the new energy industry, green supply chain development, and cross-border industrial platform construction, thereby jointly advancing the green and digital economies of China and Vietnam.

Qian Xiaojun said that China and Vietnam are geographically connected and have highly complementary industrial chains, creating broad prospects for cooperation in green energy and digital transformation.

Guided by its core strategy of “Platform, Technology and Data,” IBI continues to advance its three growth curves—industrial e-commerce, industrial digitalization, and cross-border industrial belt development—and is capable of providing industrial partners with end-to-end digital services.

IBI looks forward to closely integrating its practical experience in the industrial internet with Vietnam’s demand for green and digital development. The company hopes to identify areas of alignment in new energy industry digitalization, green supply chain system development, and cross-border industrial internet platform construction, while jointly exploring new models of cooperation in green and digital industries.

Liu Zhai said that Vietnam is currently at a strategic window for simultaneous green and digital transformation and has significant development potential. In recent years, IBI has accumulated extensive experience in industrial digitalization across Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and other regions, and has developed solid capabilities in cross-border supply chain management, localized industrial services, and green energy project operations.

She expressed IBI’s willingness to strengthen communication with the institute in areas including green energy project incubation, the joint development of industrial digitalization solutions, and cross-border supply chain coordination, with the aim of jointly exploring replicable and scalable cooperation models.
