Analysis on PVC production: In March 2023, the domestic PVC production reached 1.9584 million tons, up 9.45% month-on-month while down 1.28% year-on-year. In March, the production based on the calcium carbide method was 1.4712 million tons, up 8.17% month-on-month while down 8.76% year-on-year, with a cumulative year-on-year decrease of 5.51%. The production based on the ethylene method was 0.4872 million tons, up 22.29% month-on-month and 31.21% year-on-year, with a cumulative year-on-year increase of 27%. The cumulative PVC production was 5.6616 million tons from January to March.
