Product Overview
This product is manufactured by advanced processes including titration molding in electrolyte and medium-temperature calcination for phase stabilization. As it is formed in one step, the beads are free of cavities and peeling defects compared with other similar products, so they are not prone to breakage, and their wear rate is about half that of similar products. With moderate density and hardness, they are suitable for the grinding and dispersion of medium-to-low viscosity slurries. Their excellent compressive strength makes them compatible with most sand mills, rendering them a universal type of grinding media.
