Product Overview
This product is manufactured by the world's leading advanced processes of titration rolling molding in electrolyte and medium-temperature calcination for phase stabilization. It forms a uniform, dense and stable tetragonal zirconia crystalline structure, boasting gem-like hardness, density and wear resistance. As the heaviest type among all zirconia-based grinding beads, it is particularly suitable for the grinding and dispersion of high-viscosity and high-solid-content slurries. Meanwhile, it exhibits excellent compatibility with turbine and pin-type sand mills featuring high energy input and high shear force.
Product Characteristics
• Long service life: 30 times that of glass beads and 5 times that of composite zirconia beads
• High grinding efficiency: 6 times that of glass beads and 2 times that of zirconium silicate beads
• High applicable slurry viscosity: capable of grinding slurries with a viscosity of up to 50,000 cps (centipoise)
Application Scope
It is especially suitable for grinding applications in fields such as screen printing inks, offset printing inks, metallic pigments, barium sulfate, ground calcium carbonate, non-ferrous metals, pharmaceuticals and food.
