Product Overview
This product is manufactured via advanced processes including eco-friendly titration molding and calcination phase stabilization, with rare earth yttrium oxide as the stabilizer. The diameter of the dense tetragonal zirconia microcrystals inside the beads is less than 0.5 μm, endowing the media with excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The production of high-end microbeads with full sphericity and uniform particle size has made the nano-grinding and dispersion of materials a reality. They are ideal matching grinding media for the ultra-fine grinding of pin-type and turbine-type sand mills.
