三、Application characteristics

四、Diluent formula (no to change the version)
Fast drying: anhydrous ethanol (methanol) 100% (suitable for deep plates such as white)
S drying: anhydrous ethanol (methanol) 80% 20% pure water (suitable for light plates such as color ink)
Form for diluting light plates
Fast drying: anhydrous ethanol (methanol) 70% 30% pure water (suitable for deep plates as white)
Slow drying: anhydrous ethanol (methanol) 60% 40% pure water (suitable for light plates such color ink)
Precautions
1.The old version must be thoroughly cleaned first.
2. If there is a blockage during the printing process, wipe the blocked ink first, and then add some water separately (water is a slow-drying solvent)
3. The ink should be stored in a plastic bucket, not an iron bucket, to prevent rust.
4. The temperature of the oven should be between 60-70 degrees, and the air volume should be as large possible.
5. When using solvent-free composite, pay attention to the compatibility with the glue.
