Dispersion Process
1. Powder materials are sucked into dispersing tank from bottom of tank , with short feeding distance and fast speed; Powder and liquidare rapidly mixed, with no splashing, no sticking on the inner wall, no powder pollution.
2. Water, additives, latex and powder are mixed within dispersing tank, and the dispersing time and frequency is set through computer.
3. It adopts double-layer tooth-form mighty dispersing plate, with high shearing force and high dispersing efficiency, which is many times ofcommon dispersing plate.
4.Totally closed manhole, tight sealing and unique structure ensures safe production.
5. It adopts mechanical sealing without cooling water, and maintenance is convenient.
