Overview

The KXG98-12 series indoor AC metal-enclosed switchgear is a new generation of miniaturized and combined switchgear. The main circuit adopts a three-phase longitudinal arrangement. The three-station isolating switch and the vacuum circuit breaker are cleverly combined to realize the integration. With its compact structure and small size, this device can be widely used in 3.6-12kV three-phase AC50Hz power systems, and is suitable for various box-type substations and ring network power distribution system end users.

The three-position isolating switch has three positions of closing, isolation, and grounding. It adopts a spring operating mechanism. Each position has a reliable positioning and has an obvious isolation fracture.

◆The circuit breaker mechanism adopts modular design, the number of mechanism parts is small, the mechanism is compact, the operating power is small, and the performance is more stable.

◆ There is a complete mechanical interlock between the isolation switch mechanism and the vacuum switch mechanism to ensure safe and reliable operation.

◆Withdrawable design of mechanism switch can realize fixed operation and withdrawable maintenance functions.

◆The cabinet is divided into upper and lower units for easy inspection and maintenance;

◆VPK-12 vacuum switch-three-position isolating switch combinationelectric appliance with advanced level; the upper part is the isolating/erounding switch, and the lower part is the vacuum switch, which cleverly combines the advantages of the isolating switch and the vacuum switch;

◆The grounding scheme can also be realized (when required);

◆Isolating switch operating mechanism, vacuum switch operating mechanism and interlocking mechanism are arranged in the entire mechanism box;

◆Adopt the new "five prevention" interlocking design to effectively prevent the occurrence of misoperation.

◆The body of the switch cabinet is made of high-strength aluminum zinc steel plate, which is assembled with riveted nuts and high-strength bolts for safer processing and bending.

◆ The integrated design of the switchgear is not only high mechanical strength, high precision, but also strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, beautiful appearance.

◆Instrument room and cabinet adopts assembled structure, if the switch cabinet body is replaced, you do not need to remove more secondary wiring

◆The switch cabinet can be moved out, when the switch cabinet needs to be replaced, the maintenance workload is reduced.
