This product is mainly composed of photo curable acrylic resin, photoinitiator, active diluent, and various additives. It has the characteristics of high gloss, high adhesion, good anti explosion linearity, and good wear resistance. It is a UV gloss oil with excellent comprehensive performance.

This product is widely used for polishing and producing special effects on different types of paper and plastic.

usage method:
1. This product can be used for various methods such as online polishing of printing machines, offline polishing of oil passing machines, and local polishing.
2. Use directly in the tank without adding solvents. When offline polishing thin paper, if the viscosity is too thick, the UV oil can be heated to 40-45 ℃ or diluted with ≤ 10% ethyl acetate before use.
3. The UV intensity should be maintained above 60mJ/cm2 for curing.
4. It is recommended to apply 3-5 g/m2 of oil, and the specific amount can be adjusted according to the thickness of the printing paper and ink.

The company has established production lines with an annual capacity of 2,000 tons of resin and emulsion, 2,000 tons of various water-based inks, and 1,000 tons of various water-based adhesives, primarily serving tobacco packaging printing, pharmaceutical packaging printing, sanitary materials packaging printing, food packaging printing, and daily necessities packaging printing.
