Product Overview:
This water-based paper gravure ink is made from refined rosin as the matrix, co polymerized with special functional acrylic resin, and finely ground with high-end pigments and additives, water and alcohol substances.
Product Usage:
This product can be used for printing various copperplate paper (glass copper), white cardboard (glass card), transfer paper, coated paper, etc., especially suitable for gravure printing of tobacco, food, and pharmaceutical packaging.
Product features:
Using water and alcohol as the main solvents, this product has no odor, no toxicity, no pollution to the environment, no toxicity to organisms, suitable dryness, no paste or dirt on the plate, no corrosion to the plate material, excellent printing adaptability, low viscosity, high solid content, fast drying speed, good elasticity, high glossiness, strong wear resistance, and good smoothness of the dry film.

Viscosity: 35-60 (apply 4 cups at 25 ℃)
PH value: 7.30 ± 0.2
Fineness: ≤ 8 μ m (color ink)
≤ 15 μ m (white ink)
Diluents: alcohols, water
Color standard:
Basic colors: red, yellow, blue, black, green, white;
Spot color: can produce spot colors and PANTONE card colors according to user requirements
Storage and transportation conditions:

usage method:
1. First, dilute the water-based ink with a diluent to achieve printing viscosity (generally, the ratio of ink to diluent is about 1:1, where the ratio of diluent is alcohol to water is 7:3). Note: Alcohols can be ethanol
2. During the process of using ink wash, tap water can be used to clean the printing plate and machine.
