Guolian Group Explores (May 7)
Liu Quan, founder and chairman of Guolian Group, led a delegation to Changchun for an inspection tour at the invitation of the city. Gu Gang, deputy secretary of the Changchun Municipal Party Committee and mayor, warmly received the delegation.
On April 29, Liu Quan, founder and chairman of Guolian Group, and Liu Zhai, director and senior vice president of Guolian Group and founder of TuDuoDuo, led a delegation to Changchun for an inspection tour. Gu Gang, deputy secretary of the Changchun Municipal Party Committee and mayor, Jiang Huifeng, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and vice mayor, and other leaders warmly received the delegation at the municipal government. The two sides held in-depth discussions on areas such as the construction of industrial internet platforms, digital upgrading of supply chains, and cross-border development of advantageous industries, jointly exploring new paths for regional industrial synergy.
During the meeting, Gu Gang warmly welcomed the Guolian Group delegation. He pointed out that Changchun, as the birthplace of China's automobile industry and an important old industrial base in Northeast China, has a strong industrial foundation and abundant scientific and educational resources. He hoped that Guolian Group would fully leverage its advantages in digital technology and platform operation to deeply integrate with Changchun's industrial advantages and carry out pragmatic cooperation in areas such as industrial digitalization, supply chain upgrading, and cross-border bulk commodity transactions, helping to improve the modernization level of Changchun's industrial and supply chains.
Liu Quan detailed Guolian Group's core strategy of "platform, technology, and data," as well as its development layout across three growth curves: industrial e-commerce, industrial digitalization, and cross-border industrial belts. He stated that Changchun's advantageous industries are highly complementary to Guolian Group's "10+1" multi-platform business. The company will leverage its nationwide warehousing and logistics network, digital technology capabilities, and "1750" cross-border industrial system to provide full-chain supply chain services for Changchun's advantageous industries, helping "Changchun Manufacturing" expand into international markets.
Liu Zhai stated during the discussion that Guolian Group will leverage its experience in digital centralized procurement and intelligent supply chain operations to deeply integrate with local industries in Changchun, building a regional digital supply chain platform to help Changchun become a benchmark for the integrated development of digital and physical industries.
Zhang Haizhi, Secretary-General of the Changchun Municipal Government; Yu Baisheng, Director of the Changchun Science and Technology Bureau; Fang Shuhua, Director of the Changchun Industry and Information Technology Bureau; Zou Na, Director of the Changchun Municipal Data Bureau; and Li Jingyan, Chairman of Changxing Fund, among other leaders, participated in the meeting and exchange.
During their visit, the Guolian Group delegation also made a special trip to the Changchun New Productivity Development Promotion Center to learn about Changchun's measures and achievements in cultivating new productivity, promoting technological innovation, and upgrading industries. Based on this, the delegation further solidified Changchun's industrial layout and the foundation for innovative development.
Subsequently, the delegation visited Longxiang Group, gaining a deeper understanding of the group's supply chain operation system, business layout, and warehousing and logistics support, building upon previous cooperation.
During the exchange, Tao Yan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Longxiang Group, introduced the group's digital transformation and expressed the expectation to deepen cooperation with Guolian Group in areas such as cold chain logistics infrastructure construction, digital supply chain platform development, and new materials industry chain collaboration, achieving resource complementarity and win-win development.
Liu Quan stated during the discussion that Guolian Group has been deeply involved in the industrial internet for over a decade. Its subsidiary, Guolian Smart Logistics, has built a full-chain integrated supply chain service system. Leveraging Changchun's location and industrial advantages, Guolian Group will collaborate with Longxiang Group to implement a smart cloud warehouse project, build a digital supply chain service system for Northeast China, and jointly create a benchmark project for the industrial internet in Northeast China.
Liu Zhai stated that they will fully integrate Guolian Group's digital platform capabilities with Longxiang Group's local warehousing and operational resources to build an integrated "online + offline" regional supply chain service network, facilitating the effective implementation of cooperation between the two parties and empowering local industries to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
