PAX Services Group Acquires Masonry Restoration, Concrete Restoration, Industrial Coatings Company Consolidated Coatings

PAX Services Group, Inc., which provides roofing and exterior services, announced the acquisition of Consolidated Coatings, Inc., based in Baltimore. Same as before, Consolidated Coatings will be operating under the umbrella of PAX. Consolidated Coatings provides an array of services, ranging from masonry and concrete restoration to the coating of industrial and floor surfaces, thermal skimming, and a water-tight protective system.
