1. Quality specification:

2. Application:

Water-based industrial paints,Water-based architectural coatings

3. Properties：

1) The product exhibits excellent thickening and anti-sagging performance in highly polar monomer solvents (water, alcohols, and alkyl ethers of alcohols) as well as in highly polar mixed solvents (mixtures of water, alcohols, and alkyl ethers of alcohols).

2) The product has little or no effect on gloss, with a small post-thickening.

3) The product has excellent thixotropy and pseudoplasticity: it shows strong thixotropy under high shear, and when the external force is eliminated, it immediately restores the original viscosity - this pseudoplasticity has an excellent effect on production, canning, construction (roller coating, spraying, dipping, etc.), and improves the effect of canning; This pseudoplasticity has an excellent anti-spatter effect.

4) The product can be prepared into 1-1.5% pre-gel for later use.

4. How to use:

When applied to water-based paints, the product is preferentially added to the disperser at the beginning of dispersion, and is stirred at high speed for more than 30 minutes at high shear.The recommended dosage is 0.2% - 1.0%. In view of the different formulation systems, different production processes and different application areas,it is highly recommended to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the product at the time of use to ensure that it can meet the needs.

5. Packaging and storage

Kraft bag interior with PE or valve bags are used. The weight is 25±0.25kg/bag, or according to customer demands,stored under dry conditions, when the temperature is 0℃ ~ 30℃. The quality validity period is 12 months.
