2. Characteristics

     HT-W802 uses bentonite as raw material and is processed through a series of chemical reactions. This product is a non-ionic product. It is a colorless, odorless, and tasteless white powder. It can be dissolved in cold or hot water. The solution becomes milky white and transparent. HT-W802 product has the properties of suspension, thickening, adhesion, dispersion, emulsification, film formation, water retention, protective colloid, salt resistance, thixotropy, etc. It can be widely used in waterborne industrial paint, waterborne architectural paint, construction mortar, putty, drilling, daily chemical and other fields. 

3. Usage and Dosage:

Dry-Powder Addition, dosage depends on the formulation system, the procedures are as follows:

a. water 

b. HT-W802 (dispersing at high speed for 10minutes)

c. other additive (such as dispersant, defoamer, etc.)

d. pigment and filler

e. emulsion.

f. post adjustment

The dosage depends on test. The dosage of waterborne industrial paint is 0.5～1.5%, the dosage of waterborne architectural paint is 0.5～2.0% and the dosage of mortar system is 1.0～2.0%.

4. Packaging and Storage

Kraft bag interior with PE, or valve bags are used. The weight is 25±0.25kg/bag, or according to customer demands. Keep it in dry places at the temperatures of 0℃~30℃. The product is effective within 24 months.
