2. Characteristics and Application:

HT-W605 is a thickening rheological agent designed for waterborne system. It can be effectively dispersed in cold water and hot water, strong weather resistance, contrast cellulose has obvious advantages. The dispersion is milky white. The products have the properties of suspension, thickening, thixotropy, adhesion, emulsification, film formation, water retention, salt resistance, weather resistance, etc.

Widely used in: waterborne industrial paint and coatings, waterborne architectural paint and coatings, putty, building mortar, oil drilling, daily chemical and other fields.

  3. Usage methods

Products used in waterborne paint and coatings, should be added into water and emulsion in the beginning of dispersion , and priority over the other components into the dispersion machine, high shear in the high-speed mixing 10 to 20 minutes to achieve complete dispersion. 6% pre gels can also be prepared and then incorporated into the system in the form of pre gels. It can be mixed directly in dry powder mortar.

4. Packaging and storage

Kraft bag interior with PE, or valve bags are used. The weight is 25±0.25kg/bag, or according to customer demands. Keep it in dry places with temperatures of 0℃~30℃. The quality guarantee period is 24 months.
