1. Quality specification:
Appearance : Light white or light yellow powder
Moisture content ( 105℃,2hrs ) : ≤3.5%
Granularity (<76μm or 200mesh) : ≥95%
Loss on ignition (850-900℃) : ≤50%
2.Properties：
HT-K502 is a hyperdisperse and highly thixotropic bentonite rheological agent, which is suitable for medium and high polarity systems. The product does not need to be made into a pre-gel, and can be directly added as a dry powder at any stage in the preparation process of coatings and inks. The recommended dosage is 0.2% - 2.0%. In view of the different formulation systems, different production processes and different application areas,it is highly recommended to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the product at the time of use to ensure that it can meet the needs.
3.Application:
High-grade paints, powder coatings, inks, topcoats and primers, sealants, etc.
4.Packaging and storage
Kraft bag interior with PE or valve bags are used. The weight is 25±0.25kg/bag, or according to customer demands,stored under dry conditions, when the temperature is 0℃ ~ 30℃. The quality validity period is 24 months.
