Product Overview
PAMID D777 is a high-performance silver powder alignment aid for water-based systems. It exhibits excellent anti-settling and anti-sagging properties.

Applications
Primarily employed in waterborne heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings, wood finishes, automotive, and industrial paints. Compatible with waterborne polyurethane, alkyd, polyester, and epoxy systems. The three-dimensional network structure formed by the product resolves sagging issues during coating application and prevents hard settling of high-density pigments such as barium sulphate and zinc powder; it particularly aids silver flake alignment in waterborne baking systems.

Usage and Process Guidance:
No activation process required!
Perform pre-dispersion first, maintaining dispersion temperatures below 40°C. For complex formulations and application conditions, rigorous testing prior to use is strongly recommended.
Storage Method:
Store in a dry location between 5°C and 30°C, avoiding direct sunlight. Shelf life is one year from production date. Freezing or heating may cause slight performance degradation.
