Application
Suitable for heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings and marine coatings, such as epoxy primer, polyurethane (PU), chlorinated rubber and alkyd systems.
It has excellent anti-settling, anti-sagging properties and very good recoatability (no inter-layer adhesion problems).

Compared with traditional organic wax rheological agents, PAMID D670 overcomes the shortcomings of post-thickening, false body, and precipitation.
Recommended addition level: 0.2 - 1.0%(based on total formulation)
If the required activation temperature cannot be reached, 1–2% isopropanol may be added to reduce the activation temperature of PAMID D670.
How to Use
Use a high-speed disperser or sand mill to generate appropriate temperature and shear force, so that PAMID D670 can achieve good dispersion and activation.
It is recommended to add PAMID D670 together with the resin during the pigment dispersion and grinding stage.
During the grinding process, the temperature should rise to 65–75°C for effective activation, preferably maintained at 55–60°C for about 60 minutes.
For complex formulations or special application conditions, rigorous testing is strongly recommended before use, especially under harsh conditions such as hot substrate or thermal spray applications.
Storage
Store in a dry place between 5°C and 30°C.
Shelf Life
Two years(from the date of manufacture in unopened original packaging).
