GCS low voltage withdrawable switch cabinet
Overview
The GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the device) is a new type of switchgear developed and developed by the two companies entrusted by the Senyuan Electric Company to organize two joint design teams in 1995. The device is suitable for power conversion, distribution and control of low-voltage power distribution systems such as power plants, substations, petrochemical departments, factories and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, etc, power distribution and motor control centers, and capacitor compensation. It can meet the special needs of computer interface in power use occasions such as power plants with large single-unit capacity and large-scale petrochemical industries such as low-voltage power control centers and motor control centers. The device complies with IEC60439-1 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", GB7251.1-1997 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment Part 1: Type test and partial type test equipment", JB/T9661-1999"Low-voltage withdrawable type Complete sets ofswitchgear"and other standards.
Features
◆The frame composed of 8MF and special structural parts has high mechanical strength, no deformation when lifted by a single cabinet, and the section steel is open-shaped, which is easy to achieve the pre-treatment process purpose.
◆The short-circuit strength value of the main structure reaches the rated short-time withstand current 80KA and the rated peak withstand current 176KA, which can match the current and future transformer capacity (2500KVA).
◆The rated current of the motor control cabinet is 1000A and the dispersion coefficient is 1. It can beequippedwith 1ldrawersoflunit, or 22 drawers of 1/2 unit.
◆The rated short-circuit strength of PC cabinet and MCC cabinet can reach 80 KA at the same time, which makes it more reasonable to select the combination of different schemes of the device.
◆The horizontal busbar is placed in the busbar room behind the cabinet,and the cable room is setas a channel for cablesto enter and exit to ensure the needs that appear on the cabinet.
◆The MCC cabinet is strictly divided into three compartments:functional unit, busbar room and cable room.
◆A large number of new and more reasonable structural parts and parts are used, and special parts are mass-produced by a dedicated factory,which is convenient for quality assurance and standardized production.
Conditions of Use
◆The ambient air temperature should not be higher than+40°℃,not lower than-5℃,and the average temperature within 24 hours should not be higher than +35℃.When itexceeds,the capacityshould be reduced and run according to the actual situation
◆For indoor use,the altitude ofthe place of use shall notexceed 2000m.
◆The relative humidity of the surrounding air does not exceed 50% when the highest temperature is+40℃,and a larger relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature,such as90%at+20°℃.Itshould be taken into account that it may be accidental due to temperature changes. The effect of condensation.
◆When the device is installed,the inclination to the vertical plane is not more than 5%,and the entire cabinet row is relatively flat.
◆The device should be installed in a place where there is no severevibration and impact,and where the electrical components are not corroded.
