Manipulator Stacking System for Paints
SDL800 grab-bucket manipulator is a stacking machine designed according to requirements of users, which is available for 10L to 20L plastic bucket and applicable for stacking of 1200 x 1200 or 1200x1400 pallet. With two axis movement, it has fast stacking speed and accurate positioning.
Through replacing grab head and PLC procedure, it can realize different arrangement mode for various plastic buckets. This manipulator is operated by servo system and PLC, and the delicate design of four bar linkage makes its movement process simpler and more accurate control.
