HT-K102 is a kind of organic bentonite modified by special quaternary ammonium salt.The product is designed for diesel-based, white oil-based and mineral oil-based drilling fluids such as ESCAID 110. HT-K102 contributes to the application of oil-based drilling fluids in special processes such as large displacement wells,horizontal wells, deep and ultra-deep well, as well as leaky formations and multiple

pressure systems. The application of HT-K102 in oil-base drilling formulation can not only significantly improve the yield value of drilling fluid, but also improve the viscosity of drilling fluid under low shear force, which is beneficial to protecting the well wall.

 

Used in : Diesel-based oil-based drilling fluid, mineral oil-in-water drilling fluid,

synthetic base oil-in-water drilling fluid, water-in-oil drilling fluid, reservoir completion

fluid and pipe-freeing fluid, etc

 

HT-K102 can be used to increase the yield value and dynamic shear force of diesel-based, white oil-based and ESCAID 110 and other mineral oil-based products.When used, this product has better effect under good stirring or sufficient shear action.In the process of use, the drilling additives such as main emulsifier can be added to the base oil after it is dispersed, and the dosage is 1.0%-5.0% of the total drilling fluid.

 

Kraft bag interior with PE, or valve bags are used. The weight is 25±0.25kg/bag, or according to customer demands. Keep it in dry places with temperatures of 0℃~30℃.The quality guarantee period is 24months.
