HT-S388 is an economical organic bentonite that is modified with an alkyl quaternary ammonium salt and is suitable for use in diesel based drilling fluids. When an appropriate amount of polar activator is added, its performance can be improved. Application: It is particularly suitable for formulating diesel-based water-in-oil drilling fluid, reservoir protection fluid and pipe-freeing fluid ,etc.

 

When the drilling fluid is prepared, the amount of HT-S388 is generally controlled at 10-50 Kg/m3, which can also be adjusted according to actual needs. When preparing the drilling fluid, an appropriate amount of polar activator should be added to apply sufficient shear force to achieve the desired colloidal viscosity and dispersion.

 

Kraft bag interior with PE, or valve bags are used. The weight is 25±0.25kg/bag, or according to customer demands. Keep it in dry places with temperatures of 0℃~30℃.The quality guarantee period is 24months.
