"Top Cerarelease IG-1" can be spray-coated and has a transparent dielectric rectangular base coat that has been heat-treated at 150°C. Equipped with removal equipment, it has the same scratch-resistant, anti-fouling, water-repellent and oil-repellent properties as general paint, and has superior corrosion resistance due to the film layer. The recommended film thickness is 5~10μm and the film hardness is 3H~5H. "Top Cerarelease IG-1" consists of 3 components, including base powder, curing powder, non-reducing powder, etc., and does not contain chemical components or PFAS-related legal requirements. It is suitable for use in construction equipment, pipeline fields, industrial machinery, etc.
"Top Cerarelease FG-1" Foodware, container and packaging related front listing system. Heat treatment at 200℃ for 30 minutes can form a transparent coating. Complies with "Top Cerarelease FG-1" PFAS regulations with a relatively unobtrusive coating that provides excellent oil and corrosion resistance.
