Anti-flash rust agent CK11

Product Introduction:
Flash Rust Inhibitor CK11 is a highly effective corrosion inhibitor formulated from organic polymers, organic compounds, and inorganic salts. It provides flash rust suppression for various substrates, including iron, cast iron, carbon steel, submerged arc welds, and other metallic substrates. It exhibits excellent compatibility with coating systems, does not affect paint drying speed or adhesion to substrates, and enhances the rust-preventive properties of coatings.
Product Features:
1. Forms a hydrophobic protective film on metal surfaces, preventing reaction between corrosive media, water, and metal.
2. Complexes with metal ions to generate insoluble polymers that coat the metal surface, inhibiting electrochemical corrosion.
3. Delivers outstanding flash rust prevention at low addition levels.
4. Suitable for water-based acrylic, water-based alkyd resin, water-based epoxy, and similar systems.
Usage Instructions:
Add during the final stage of water-based paint preparation.
For flash rust prevention, recommended dosage is 0.1-1% of total formulation.
To inhibit flash rust on welds, cast iron, and carbon steel, recommended dosage is 1%-2%.
Storage & Transportation:
Ideal temperature range: 5 to 35°C.
Exposure: Avoid direct sunlight.
Shelf Life: 1 year in original sealed containers under specified storage conditions.
Product color may darken over time without affecting performance.
