Product overview：  

CK34 is a highly effective and versatile flash rust inhibitor.It consists of organic complexes and a variety of polymer compounds, and has a synergistic effect with anticorrosive pigments.It has outstanding performance in preventing flash rust on weld seams, cast iron and other metal surfaces, and has excellent flash rust resistance when applied in low temperature and high humidity environments.

CK34 does not affect the adhesion of paint to the substrate and salt spray resistance.

Application areas:

 Methods of use：

◎The product is easy to use and is recommended to be added at the final stage of water-based paint preparation.

◎To solve the problem of flash rust, the recommended addition amount is 0.1-1% of the total formula.

◎Inhibit flash rust of welds, cast iron and sandblasted iron, the recommended addition amount is 1%-2%.

Storage & Transportation：

Ideal temperature conditions: 5–35°C.

Exposure: Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
