Anti-flash rust agent CK149 is refined from organic compounds and polymers, it has a certain flash rust inhibition effect on different substrates, it is suitable for various metal substrates such as iron, cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, etc. It has good compatibility with coating system, it doesn't affect the drying speed of the coatings and adhesion to the substrate, and it can improve the antirust performance of the coatings.

Product Characteristics

Usage
1.It is recommended to add in the final stage of waterborne paint preparation
2.Recommended to add 0.1-1% of the total formula to solve the problem of flash rust.
3.Inhibit flash rust of weld, cast iron, carbon steel, recommended additive amount is 1-2%.

Ideal temperature conditions: 5 to 35°C. Exposure: Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
