CK82 is a highly effective, universal anti-flash rust inhibitor composed of organic complexes and multiple polymeric compounds, exhibiting synergistic action with anti-corrosion pigments. It demonstrates outstanding anti-flash rust performance on surfaces such as welds and cast iron components under low-temperature, high-humidity conditions, and delivers exceptional flash rust resistance when applied to rusted substrates.

Usage Instructions:

- Recommended addition during the final stage of water-based coating preparation

-- Recommended addition rate for addressing flash rust issues: 0.1–1% of total formulation

--For rust prevention at welded joints, raw cast iron, and sandblasted iron surfaces, recommended dosage is 1%-2%.
