Product Overview

Anti-flash rust agent CK121 is made of organic compounds and polymers, it has a certain flash rust inhibition effect on different substrates, it is suitable for various metal substrates such as iron, cast iron, carbon steel, etc. It has good compatibility with the coating system, and it doesn't affect the drying speed of the coatings and the adhesion of the coatings to the substrate, and it can improve the antiflash rust performance of the coatings. It can also improve the antirust performance of the paint.

1. Containing organic compounds with surface activity, the molecules of these compounds are adsorbed on the metal surface with hydrophilic groups, forming a dense water-repellent film to protect the metal surface from corrosion.

2. Organic polymers can chelate metal ions, forming a passivation film on the metal surface, effectively preventing flash rust from occurring.

3. Low additive quantity, excellent flash rust prevention performance.

4. No nitrite, no pungent odor, environmentally friendly product.

5. Applicable to waterborne acrylic, waterborne alkyd, waterborne epoxy, waterborne epoxy zinc-rich and other different systems.

Usage

1. Recommended to be added at the final stage of waterborne paint preparation

2. To solve the flash rust problem it is recommended to add 0.1-1% of the total formulation

3. Inhibit flash rusting of weld, cast iron, carbon steel, the recommended additive amount is 1-2%

Ideal temperature condition: 0 to 30°C.

Exposure: Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.

Expiry date: 2 years in its original closed drum under the above storage conditions.

The color of the product may darken over time, but will not change its properties.
