Product introduction：

Anti-flash-rust agent CK236 is a corrosion inhibitor composed of organic compounds, organic polymers and inorganic salts, which has a certain anti-flash-rust effect on different substrates, has good compatibility with the coating system, does not affect the drying speed of the coating and the adhesion of the coating to the substrate, and can improve the anti-rust performance of the coating.

1. can generate an insoluble and compact oxide film with the metal to prevent the anodic dissolution of the metal,
2.  Organic polymers can chelate metal ions and form a passive film on the metal surface to effectively prevent the occurrence of flash rust.

4.  It is composed of inorganic salts and various chelates, easy to dissolve in water, alcohol, etc., and has good compatibility with most coating systems.

Usage:

1. It is recommended to be added at the last stage of the preparation of the water-based paint 
2.  to solve that problem of flash rust, the adde amount is suggested to be 0. 1-1% of the total formula.
3. Suppress the flash rust of weld, cast iron and carbon steel. The recommended addition is 1% -2%.
