Anti-flash rust agent CK221 is a highly efficient rust inhibitor compounded by a variety of organic compounds, for different substrates have a certain flash rust inhibition, suitable for iron, cast iron, carbon steel, and other metal substrates, and good compatibility with the paint system, does not affect the drying speed of the paint and paint adhesion to the substrate, and can improve the antirust properties of the paint.

1.A variety of organic compounds have a synergistic effect, which can simultaneously inhibit the anodic and cathodic processes of the metal corrosion reaction, thus inhibiting the corrosion of the metal

2.Contains organic compounds with surface activity, the molecules of these compounds are adsorbed on the metal surface with hydrophilic groups to form a dense water-repellent film to protect the metal surface from corrosion

3.Is applicable to different systems such as waterborne acrylics, waterborne alkyd resins, waterborne epoxies, etc.

Usage

1.It is recommended to add in the final stage of waterborne paint preparation

2.To solve the problem of flash rust, it is recommended to add 0.1-1% of the total formula.

3.Inhibit flash rusting of weld, cast iron, carbon steel, the recommended additive amount is 1-2%.

Storage & Transportation

Ideal temperature condition: 0 to 30°C.

Exposure: Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.

Expiry date: 2 years in its original closed drum under the above storage conditions.

The color of the product may darken over time, but will not change its properties.
