Product Overview

HY70 can form a multimolecular layer on the metal surface, separating the metal surface from corrosive media, thus effectively preventing the occurrence of flash rust. It does not contain water, and has water solubility, does not contain nitrite, good compatibility with coating systems, especially recommended for metal paint, water-based epoxy system.

Mainly used in water-based steel structure paint, water-based epoxy system, etc.

Characteristics

2. good compatibility with waterborne epoxy curing agent, will not produce gelatinization and other undesirable phenomena 3. environmentally friendly products, does not contain nitrite, APEO and other environmentally harmful substances. 4. suitable for all kinds of waterborne coating systems, especially recommended for zinc-rich primer system, waterborne epoxy system.

Usage

It is recommended to add in the last stage of waterborne paint preparation.

To solve the problem of flash rust, it is recommended to add 0.1-1% of the total formula.

To inhibit flash rust on cast iron and sandblasted iron, it is recommended to add 1%-2%.

Storage

Ideal temperature conditions: 0 to 30°C.

Exposure: Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.

Expiry date: 2 years in its original closed drum under the above storage conditions. The color of the product may darken over time, but will not change its properties.
