Flash rust inhibitor HY70
Product Overview
Flash rust inhibitor HY70 can form a multimolecular layer on the metal surface, separating the metal surface from corrosive media, thus effectively preventing the occurrence of flash rust. It does not contain water, and has water solubility, does not contain nitrite, good compatibility with coating systems, especially recommended for metal paint, water-based epoxy system.

Mainly used in water-based steel structure paint, water-based epoxy system, etc.
Characteristics

Usage
It is recommended to add in the last stage of waterborne paint preparation.
To solve the problem of flash rust, it is recommended to add 0.1-1% of the total formula.
To inhibit flash rust on cast iron and sandblasted iron, it is recommended to add 1%-2%.
