Anti-flash rust agent PU08 consists of a variety of organic compounds and is mainly applicable to polyurethane systems. It does not affect the activation period of the polyurethane system, has good compatibility with the paint system, does not affect the drying speed of the paint and the adhesion of the paint to the substrate, and does not affect the glossiness and water resistance performance of the paint film.

Product Characteristics
1.can be quickly adsorbed on the metal substrate to form an insoluble polymer that coats the metal surface and inhibits flash rusting.

Usage
1.It is recommended to be added at the final stage of waterborne paint preparation.
2.Recommended additive amount is 0.1-1% of the total formula to solve the flash rust problem.

Storage & Transportation
Ideal temperature conditions: 0 to 30°C.
Exposure: Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
Expiry date: 2 years in its original closed drum under the above storage conditions.
